PressRoom Pub - the perfect spot for local food and local drinks.

Lunchtime on a cold, wintry, and post-snowstorm day in February was met with a relaxed atmosphere and great food in the PressRoom Pub. This pub has lots of open space, giant tv's, sports memorabilia, and bar games like darts!

We started with the “Pop Goes The Weasel” jalapeno poppers stuffed with cheese and a ranch dip on the side. Followed by our main courses - the “Kevin Bacon Salad” with Jalapeno bacon, mushrooms, tomato, onions, cucumbers, and mozzarella cheese and the “Pablo” Burger - a 9oz patty topped with cappicola, roasted poblano peppers, smoked gouda cheese, pickles, onion, tomato, and lettuce. The completely stacked burger was the size of a fully grown person's head! And the salad had the perfect mix of ingredients to please both a veggie and a bacon lover.

Last but not least we finished with a to-go order of the “Pillsbury Dough Boys” - fried dough balls rolled in cinnamon and sugar with maple syrup and maple dip on the side.
